Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NEC safety protocols at all times
- Prepare work areas, organize tools, and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and complete daily reporting tasks
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide all training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
