Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical components per code requirements
- Perform diagnostic tests using multimeters and specialized tools
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and California electrical safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain California electrician apprentice license
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Jose
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
