Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Ensure compliance with all National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex installations and renovations
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site materials
- Participate in ongoing skills training to stay current with industry standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain Arizona Electrician Trainee certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro area
