Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and water heater installations
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing projects
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (required)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
