Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Adhere to all NEC codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment
- Complete detailed documentation of work performed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- No prior electrical experience required – we train!
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrician license within 2 years
