Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (NY State)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and circuitry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
