Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and wire lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and control systems
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrician license through company-sponsored training
- Reliable transportation to job sites
