Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Prepare work sites and maintain clean, organized project areas
- Document work progress and complete safety compliance reports
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools and construction safety
- Strong willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
