Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision

- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on wiring, fixtures, and controls
- Adhere strictly to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Assist with panel upgrades, circuit installations, and lighting projects
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license within 6 months
