Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment under supervision
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Prepare work areas and clean up job sites daily
- Document project progress and material usage
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrical license within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred but not required
