Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes (NEC) and safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on electrical circuits
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and control systems under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
