Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and skill development
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Pass background check and drug screening
