Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights (if applicable).
