Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman Electrician license within 2 years
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
