Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and panels.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
