Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and malfunctions
- Perform rough-in and finish electrical work in residential/commercial settings
- Use hand tools and power equipment effectively and safely
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Michigan electrician license within 2 years
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
