Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for electrical issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Assist senior electricians with complex installations and repairs
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Operate and maintain electrical tools and testing equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas electrician apprentice license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and Ohm's Law
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
