Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following blueprints and safety codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and fixture setup
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards at all times
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license within 12 months
