Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsFollow strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Assist senior electricians with complex wiring and circuit installations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid California Electrician Trainee certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
