Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Install and maintain electrical systems per safety codes
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Manage inventory and prepare job sites
- Document work progress and maintain safety logs
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin electrician license
