Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform circuit testing and diagnostic procedures
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA safety standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair operations
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical theory fundamentals
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license within 12 months
