Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Manage inventory and ensure proper tool/equipment maintenance
- Complete documentation and reporting for completed projects
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical certifications within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across central Ohio
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
