Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn and follow local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Use hand tools and power equipment effectively under supervision
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train!
- Basic math and measurement skills
