Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex installations and troubleshooting
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment
- Assist with emergency repair services during after-hours calls
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic understanding of math and technical concepts
- Willingness to obtain Illinois electrician license within 6 months of hire
