Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for wiring, lighting, and circuit systems
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain conduit systems, outlets, and switchgear
- Perform equipment inspections and document maintenance activities
- Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) and Arizona regulations
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain Arizona Electrician Trainee certification
- Team player with excellent communication skills
