Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testingMaintain clean and safe job sitesParticipate in safety training and compliance protocols
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- No electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrician license (company-sponsored)
