Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex plumbing systems in high-rise buildings and commercial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Emit accurate time logs and material reports for weekly invoicing and project management.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and site logistics.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and plumbing regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
