Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Adhere to all local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and system diagnostics
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Document work completion and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Wake County
