Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate with licensed electricians on complex projects
- Document work progress and maintain service records
- Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship
- Reliable transportation to job sites across PA
