Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with safety codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit breaker panel operations under supervision
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic testing to identify electrical issues
- Maintain organized job sites, including proper tool management and waste disposal
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and NEC regulations at all times
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training programs
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
