Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per building codes
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls within 2-hour windows
- Estimate repair costs and provide transparent quotes to customers
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for weekend operations
- Document service reports using our digital tracking system

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license required
