Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects while learning best practices
- Document work performed and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
