Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture issues
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pressure checks for system integrity
- Coordinate with electricians and contractors on renovation projects
- Maintain inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Document work orders and provide detailed client reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to operate trenchers, pipe cameras, and hydro-jets
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for emergency calls
