Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Follow NEC and OSHA safety standards rigorously
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical components
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work activities and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Nebraska electrician license within 2 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
