Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform circuit testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic procedures
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Document work completed and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
