Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and electrical panels
- Perform safety inspections and follow OSHA compliance protocols
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train everyone!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
