Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and equipment repair
- Follow blueprints, safety protocols, and local electrical codes
- Use hand/power tools (multimeters, conduit benders, etc.) safely
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors
- Basic math and blueprint reading skills
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrical license within 6 months
- Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
