Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under close supervision, including running conduit and pulling wire.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior electrical experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and a mechanical aptitude are highly desirable.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
