Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC) at all times
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical components and systems
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain required Texas electrician licenses (company-sponsored)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
