Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems under supervision
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Assist in diagnosing electrical issues using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, and distribution systems
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and safety protocols
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- OSHA 10-hour Construction certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to pursue Tennessee electrical apprentice license
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
