Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Install structural components and framing systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform finish work including drywall, flooring, and painting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Commercial driver's license (Class A or B)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
