Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Inspect electrical equipment, fixtures, and systems to identify defects and ensure safety compliance
- Test electrical continuity and systems using specialized testing equipment
- Collaborate with senior electricians and construction teams to complete projects on schedule
- Adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local regulations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide complete training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Willingness to obtain Arizona Electrician certification within 12 months
