Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment for wiring and conduit work
- Follow OSHA and California Electrical Code standards for all installations
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic procedures
- Participate in safety training and maintain clean work sites
- Document work progress and maintain project records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout LA County
- Pass background check and drug screening
