Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for electrical faults
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida electrician apprentice license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tampa Bay area
