Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and schematics for complex plumbing layouts
- Diagnose and resolve pipe bursts, leaks, and drainage issues
- Ensure compliance with Indiana plumbing codes and safety standards
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
- Manage project timelines and client communication
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Indiana Master Plumber license required
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
