Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations including wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform safety inspections and maintain compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean workspaces
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and skills training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Oregon electrical apprentice license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
