Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following blueprints and safety protocols
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Use hand and power tools safely to run conduit, connect wires, and install components
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Adhere to all local electrical codes and OSHA regulations
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school certification or apprenticeship completion preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
