Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Assist licensed electricians with conduit bending, wiring, and fixture installations
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters and test equipment
- Document work orders and maintain project progress reports
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and Ohm's Law
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to travel to job sites within Ohio
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus headquarters
