Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and blueprints for residential and commercial projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation under supervision
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete documentation and reporting tasks accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Oregon electrical certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Portland
