Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols meticulously
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit bending, and equipment installation
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development programs
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain necessary electrical certifications (company-sponsored)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Jose Bay Area
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
